All items are shipped directly from our headquarters in Belfast. From here, each order is carefully prepared and processed before being passed on for delivery.

Please note that production times can vary depending on the specific item. Some products may be ready more quickly than others, especially if they require additional preparation or handling. However, we always aim to ensure that you receive your order within 1–2 weeks of purchase.

Once your item has been completed and is ready for delivery, it will be handed to you in person during your class by your instructor. This ensures that your item reaches you safely and allows for any final questions or support to be provided directly.

If there are any unexpected delays, we will do our best to keep you informed and ensure you receive your item as soon as possible.
